Known as Sine (Senneh–Sîne), this textile tradition takes its name from the historic Kurdish city of Sine (Sanandaj/Senneh). Artisans in these regions developed distinctive interpretations while preserving the tradition’s refined geometry, medallion compositions, and finely articulated borders.
