Return & Refund Policy

We want you to love your purchase from RojKilim. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied, we accept eligible returns within 15 days of delivery.

Returns

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it: unused, unwashed, free of damage, with tags attached, and in its original packaging. Proof of purchase or order confirmation is required.

To request a return, please contact us at info@rojkilim.com within 15 days of receiving your order. If your return is approved, we will provide instructions on how and where to send your package.

Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.

We recommend using a tracked shipping service, as we are not responsible for returns lost in transit.

Damages & Issues

Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us within 48 hours if the item is damaged, defective, or if you received the wrong item. Include photos of the item and packaging so we can resolve the issue quickly.

Handmade Variation Notice

Many of our products are handmade or artisan-made. Slight variations in color, weave, texture, pattern, or dimensions are natural characteristics of handmade goods and are not considered defects.

Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns on:

Custom or personalized orders
Final sale or clearance items
Gift cards
Items that have been used, washed, altered, or damaged after delivery

Exchanges

If you would like a different item, please request a return for the original purchase and place a new order separately.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval status. If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Please note that your bank or credit card provider may take additional time to process and post the refund.
